What does your day-to-day life at HPartners look like?
I’m the Compliance and Operations Manager at HPartners, where I oversee the systems and processes that keep our financial planning services running smoothly. My day-to-day varies depending on business priorities—whether it’s refining workflows, supporting advisers, or ensuring we meet regulatory obligations.

What do you love most about working with clients?
While I don’t work directly with clients, I love being part of a team that celebrates their wins and supports them through life’s challenges. Knowing our systems help deliver that care is incredibly rewarding.
Is there a memorable moment or client success story that stands out to you?
you? There are many, but the most meaningful moments are during claims—when we can lift the burden for clients and be there when they need us most.
