What does your day-to-day life at HPartners look like?

I am the Toowoomba Office Practice Manager – My day can be hectic between doing claims, service agreements, PYS and talking to clients about their queries.

What do you love most about working with clients?

I love helping them with their claim forms as it is often overwhelming for them. Also just love chatting with clients that have been with us for as long as I have!

Is there a memorable moment or client success story that stands out to you?

you? I have had a few memorable moments, particularly with claims, where the company was going to decline a claim until I pointed out to them the wording in the policy documents. I have always felt that is why clients need a financial adviser to look after their interests – somebody to fight in their corner.

I enjoy spending time with my family and love going on holidays with my mum!
