Professional Snapshot

A little insight into how they work, what they specialise in, and how they support clients day to day.

What does your day-to-day life at HPartners look like?

I’m an employment lawyer, working closely with individuals and businesses to navigate the complexities of workplace law. My day-to-day varies. One moment I might be drafting contracts or advising on unfair dismissal claims, and the next I’m representing a client at the Fair Work Commission. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what I love about it.

What areas of financial planning, accounting, or legal services do you specialise in?

specialise in? I specialise in employment and workplace relations law. That includes everything from employment contracts, workplace policies, and award interpretation, through to workplace investigations, disputes, and litigation. My goal is always to provide practical, strategic advice that protects and empowers my clients.

What do you love most about working with clients?

Helping people find clarity and confidence in difficult situations is incredibly rewarding. Employment issues can be deeply personal and stressful, so being able to offer calm, practical guidance and achieve positive outcomes is what drives me.

Is there a memorable moment or client success story that stands out to you?

you? One that really sticks with me is helping an employee navigate a very difficult redundancy situation. Not only were we able to secure a fair settlement, but the client later reached out to thank us. That kind of impact is what makes the work meaningful.

A Bit of Personality

Because good advice starts with good people – here’s a glimpse of the person behind the role.

How would your clients or colleagues describe you in 3 words?

Approachable, diligent, and dependable.

What’s something clients might be surprised to learn about you?

I once considered a medical career before discovering law. I still love breaking down complex concepts in a way that people can understand, so I suppose that part of me never left.
